In the loan side panel you can see the complete repayment schedule of your loan (payment date, days on a 30/360 basis, payment, interest and principal portions, and end balance). In addition, in the Documents tab you can upload and manage all contract documents centrally, and in Comments/Activities you can follow the history.
The Debt service development view visualizes the interest and repayment trends over time and, including the Euribor option and period filters, helps to better assess the effects on liquidity planning.
Repayment schedule & details
In the repayment schedule you can see the complete development of the loan over time:

This overview makes it easier to track and analyze how payments develop.
Documents
Within a loan, you can store your loan agreements and related documents centrally. All relevant documents are then stored clearly in one place and can be accessed at any time.
Upload documents
In the open side panel, switch to the “Documents” tab.
There are two ways to add files here:
Drag and drop files directly into the upload area
or select a file via “Browse Files”
As soon as a document has been uploaded, it appears in the “Total documents” list.
Here, files can also be downloaded, deleted or replaced later.
Purpose of the documents area
The documents area allows you to:
manage all contract documents centrally
access original contracts, addenda or bank documents at any time later
keep the full documentation of your loan in COMMITLY
Analysis and debt service development
In the upper area, the Debt service development view is available:
Visualizes the interest and repayment portions over time
Shows how your loan burden changes over the coming months
Complemented by the selection of the 3-month Euribor rate:
Choose the period filter (1 year, 3 years, 5 years or Total) for historical and projected trends.
This function helps you observe interest rate fluctuations and understand the effects on your liquidity planning.
