Download plans as Excel
Click "Export to Excel" to the right of the gear icon.
You can choose:
Period
Visible period (exports exactly the period currently shown in the chart)
Entire period (exports the entire rolling forecast period)
Categories
Planned categories (only categories with plan values)
All categories
Benefit: The data can be edited and analyzed further in Excel or shared with third parties (e.g. bank, tax advisor, investors).
Download chart
Directly in the chart (top right), you can export the graphical representation.
Under the PLANNING menu item, select the relevant plan or the actuals and click the download button at the top right.
Depending on the selected plan or period (week / month), the view is exported in an Excel format.
Choose between line chart or bar chart.
This gives you a clear visualization for presentations or documents.
