Account

In the Account section you manage your bank details, IBANs, billing and legal settings of your COMMITLY wallet.

This is where you find the main bank details of your wallet.

Details

The following information is shown:

Use the copy icon to copy the IBAN and BIC directly to the clipboard.

Download bank details

Use the “Bank details” button to download your bank details as a document.

It contains all relevant account details to share with business partners or for internal purposes.

Address

At the bottom you can see the company address on file.

Note:

Address changes cannot be made directly in the interface.

Please contact support for this.

In this section you can manage additional virtual IBANs.

Order a new virtual IBAN

Use the “+ New” button to request another virtual IBAN.

Virtual IBANs make it possible to assign incoming payments in a structured way (e.g. for individual customers or business units).

This is where you find information about the billing of your wallet.

Your first invoice is issued after the first month of use.

Further invoices follow according to your billing cycle.

In the Settings section you can manage the following details:

Company details

Official document language

Here you can set the language in which official documents are created,

e.g.:

The selection is made via the dropdown menu.

Changes must be confirmed with “Save”.

Contracts

At the bottom you find the contractual documents:

The documents can be opened directly as PDF.
