Health overview

The Health overview shows the most important key figures and alerts at a glance. Its widgets give a quick view of the company's current status and lead directly to further information and functions.

The Financial Health Settings widget shows the company's current Financial Health Score. The score is a point of reference: it indicates how completely and how healthily the company's financial situation is represented in COMMITLY.

The calculation takes into account, among other things, connected liquidity, open items, the cash flow trend, the runway and data quality. Missing integrations or many unmapped transactions can lower the score.

Note: The Financial Health Score usually improves with a setup that is as complete as possible, for example connected bank accounts, open items, mapped transactions, and stable liquidity and cash flow.

The Account Balance widget shows the current balance of all connected company accounts and the available funds.

The widget leads to the Account balance outlook.

The Total Cash Burn widget shows the company's average cash outflow over the last 6 months, so the average monthly liquidity consumption is visible at a glance.

The Total Runway widget shows how long the available liquidity is expected to last, based on the average cash burn of the last six months.

The detail view contains more information on the runway.

The Last Sync widget shows when the data of the connected company accounts was last synchronized.

Sync again starts the synchronization of the company accounts manually to bring the account data up to date.

How to check the status.

The Integrations widget shows the status of your connected integrations, so you can see at a glance whether all connections are set up successfully or need attention.

The detail view leads to the overview of configured integrations.

The Unmapped Transactions widget shows the number of transactions not yet mapped to a category, so it is easy to see whether transactions still need to be mapped.

The detail view opens the list of unmapped transactions.

The Overdue Open Items widget shows the number of open items that are past their due date.
