weclapp integration

Integrate weclapp with COMMITLY and import open items

Summary:

  • After the integration, the workflow is as follows: The open items from weclapp are loaded into COMMITLY automatically. This saves you the export and import of CSV files as a first step.

  • In COMMITLY, "MATCHING" searches - automatically or manually - for inflows or outflows that fit the open items. These can then be marked as paid.

  • Because the open items are marked as paid, the Forecast changes accordingly.

By linking COMMITLY with your weclapp account, your open items are automatically transferred into the liquidity planning.

After the integration with weclapp, the outstanding payments are shown in a clear list. Overdue invoices are detected automatically and marked in red.

The status of the invoices is also shown in color and can be handled flexibly.

Factoring settings in weclapp

If factoring has been activated in weclapp, part of the invoice amount is prefinanced. The invoice amount is therefore no longer entirely unpaid. For the weclapp integration, a factoring rate can be set in the detailed settings in COMMITLY.

The factoring rate is applied to every invoice for which factoring was set in weclapp (and for which weclapp transmits this information via the API).

Example:

Factoring rate: 90%

90% is prefinanced, i.e. 90% is recorded in COMMITLY as a partially paid amount, and 10% remains as the open amount.
