Working with cash flow and with COMMITLY often leads to topics or questions that you want to record or share with others.
The lower area of the Home module shows all comments, @mentions and activities from COMMITLY in one place, regardless of the area in which they were created. All relevant information is immediately visible, whether it is a forecast adjustment, a new budget or a comment from a team member.

Viewing all comments per area
In the individual areas TRANSACTIONS, OPEN ITEMS and PLANNING, there are comment icons at the top of the screen.
Clicking on them opens ALL comments on all records of the respective area.
From the Business Edition onward, team members can be tagged with @ mentions. Typing @ displays a list of all available members. Hashtags (#) can also be used to tag topics.
If a team member is mentioned in a comment, that member receives an email notification.
Activities at a glance (audit trail)
The “Activities” tab shows who made which changes and when, from matching open items to creating a forecast.
Who matched the open item?
Who created the plan?
How, by whom and when was the budget changed?
These questions can be answered with the activities.
To do so, use the ACTIVITIES selection and apply the additional filters as needed.
Besides the team's activities, all changes and adjustments made by the system are also shown there.
