The “COMMITLY Account” area contains all key information about the subscription and the legal documents. Contract documents can be viewed and the subscription can be managed here.
Note: Only the Account Owner has access to COMMITLY Account.
Under COMMITLY Edition, the product variant currently in use is shown, e.g.: COMMITLY Professional Edition Yearly (Consolidation)
The validity date of the subscription is also displayed.
Changes to the edition can be made via the “Manage Subscription” button. Clicking “Manage Subscription” leads to the COMMITLY subscription area.
Options
Edit or cancel the subscription
View details of the current package, make changes or cancel the subscription.
Update billing and shipping address
Enter or change the billing address, including the VAT identification number.
Note: The VAT identification number is part of the billing address.
This is mandatory due to intra-community regulations within the EU.
For small businesses under § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), the following applies: there is generally no entitlement to VAT-free invoices from other companies in the EU (§ 1a para. 3 no. 1b UStG).
If no VAT ID exists yet: anyone registered as liable for VAT with a German tax office can apply for a VAT ID free of charge and without obligation at the Federal Central Tax Office (Bundeszentralamt für Steuern).
The application is made online via the form for issuing a VAT ID.
Without a VAT ID, companies in the EU are required to issue invoices with statutory VAT, even if the customer is exempt from VAT. In this case, the reverse-charge procedure (0 % VAT) cannot be applied.

Manage credit cards or other payment methods.
View and download invoice history
View all previous invoices in a clear overview and download them as PDF if needed.
