If you do not see your account during the first connection, ask your bank to enable your account for the new PSD2 interface.
The form required by Erste Bank / Sparkassen is called:
"Einsichtsberechtigungsformular" (access authorization form) or also
"Appointment of persons who can grant account information service providers
access rights to payment accounts".
ATTENTION: Bank advisors sometimes make incorrect statements here. The following lines have sped up support:
Q: I am a business customer and get an error message when I try to use my authorized user.
A: You may still be using the Telebanking MBS client and have not yet switched to George or Telebanking Pro. Only accounts accessible online are made available via the PSD2 APIs.
Please make sure that my business account is available for the PSD2 API. For other customers, Erste Bank/Sparkassen support handled this without any problems. Thank you.
