With the Agenda Uploader, open items (OPOS) can be imported directly from Agenda into COMMITLY. The process is simple and requires no adjustment of the export file.

After activation, the workflow is:
Export the open items from Agenda and import this file via the Agenda Uploader.In COMMITLY, "MATCHING" searches - automatically or manually - for inflows or outflows that fit the open items. These can then be marked as paid.
Because the open items are marked as paid, the Forecast changes accordingly.
A new export list from Agenda can completely replace the old, loaded list. The Forecast is then updated automatically.
By activating the Agenda Uploader in COMMITLY, open items can be transferred into the liquidity planning in an optimized, semi-automatic way. Adjusting the file or mapping the fields is not needed. After the import, outstanding payments are shown in a clear list.
Overdue open items are detected automatically and marked accordingly.
The status of the open items is also shown and can be handled flexibly.
What do I need to do?
In COMMITLY, go to Add-ons -> Uploader and activate the Agenda Uploader.
Download the OPOS list from Agenda
Import the OPOS list via the "Load Agenda" button
The columns are mapped automatically
No editing of the original Agenda export is required
With the optimized import, the file exported from Agenda can be imported into COMMITLY as is, without further editing steps.
