Cards overview after successful onboarding
Once the KYB process is complete, the Cards area is active and you land on the cards overview.
The overview shows:
Wallet / available funds (including the Top up button)
Number of cards
Card type (virtual/physical; depending on the card, also single-use virtual)
Cardholder
Expiry date
Available amount & limit
“Card Transactions” chart (trend of card spending)
Find and filter cards
The card list can be filtered using the “All” and “Only mine” tabs.
Cards can be searched for specifically using the search field at the top right.
Create a new card
A new card can be created via “Add card”.
Top up balance
To use the card, sufficient balance must be available in the wallet. Card payments are deducted from the available balance.
Detailed settings in Banking (two-factor authentication required)
Advanced card settings, such as changing limits, blocking a card or other settings, are available in the Banking area.
Important: Two-factor authentication (2FA) is mandatory in Banking. Confirmation is done via a TAN device assigned to the user – in practice usually by FaceID/TouchID. This is the security standard for all banking actions.
