COMMITLY provides virtual & physical cards, ideal for online payments and mobile wallets. With certain subscription plans, you can also order a physical card for free, which is conveniently sent to you by mail.
How do I order a physical card?
To order a physical card, open your web banking and navigate to Cards → New → Order.
There you can order a physical card based on your existing virtual card. After ordering, you will usually receive it by mail within a few business days.

How do I activate my card?
Once you have received your physical card, you can conveniently activate it in Web banking -> Cards:
Select the Physical card tab.
Click Activate.
A pop-up window opens.Enter the 10-digit number on the back of your card and click Activate again.
Confirm the activation on your smartphone.
This step ensures that the card is clearly assigned to you.
Once activation is complete, you can:
View your card numbers
Block or unblock the card
Use it for payments right away
Your physical card is now fully set up and ready to use.
How do I block my card if it is lost or stolen?
If your card is lost or stolen, you can block it immediately in web banking.
Open Cards → Physical card. Directly below the displayed card is the “Block permanently” button, which you can use to block the card.
For security, the block is additionally confirmed with two-factor authentication. Virtual cards are blocked permanently, physical cards temporarily.
How do I request a replacement card?
After a card has been blocked, you can order a replacement card directly in the dashboard, usually via the same path as the original order. The new card is sent to you by mail.
How can I adjust the card limit?
In Swan banking under Cards -> Settings, you can set an individual spending limit for each virtual or physical card.
Card name: Optionally, you can give your card a name of your own.
Spending limit: Use the slider and the input field on the right to set the maximum amount that can be spent with this card.
Period: Below that, select whether the limit should apply monthly, weekly, daily or per transaction.
Once you have set the desired limit, it is applied automatically and takes effect immediately for all payments with this card.
How do I enable online payments?
Virtual cards are enabled for online and contactless payments by default, so you can get started right away. If a payment is blocked, check your card setup in the dashboard or contact our support.
