The “Cards” menu item gives you an overview of all issued cards.

Active

Format filter (e.g. virtual, virtual / physical or single use)

The following information is shown for each card:
Full name & card format
(e.g. Virtual, Single use, Recurring)Type (e.g. Direct debit)
Card name
Spending limit
Status (e.g. Active)
You can also see:
Whether the card is virtual or physical
Whether it is configured for single or recurring use
The current spending limit
Create a new card (“+ New”)
After clicking “+ New”, you start the multi-step card creation process.
Step 1: Which card?
You choose the card model you want:
COMMITLY Black
COMMITLY Silver
The following is shown:
Maximum spending limit per month
Availability (e.g. physical)
After selecting → Next
Step 2: Which format?
Here you determine the card type:
Virtual
Available immediately
For online payments
Apple Pay / Google Pay possible
Virtual and physical
Card can be used virtually right away
A physical card is also sent
Single use
If you need a one-time payment
Ideal for setting up monthly subscriptions
→ Make a selection → Next
Step 3: Define settings
Card name (optional)
Internal name for easier identification.
Spending limit
Set the limit amount
Select the period (e.g. monthly)
Transaction options
You can enable or disable the following functions:
Online payments
Withdrawals (ATM)
Non-EUR transactions
International transactions
→ Save settings → Next
Step 4: Select card recipient
Here you decide who receives the card.
The following are shown:
Member name
Email address
Existing cards
Select the relevant member.
→ Next
Step 5: Confirmation via SMS / 2FA
For security approval, an SMS is sent to the phone number on file.
The process works via:
Clicking the SMS link
Alternatively: scanning the QR code
Option to resend
The card is only created after confirmation.
