NOTE: PayPal needs about 9 hours to activate the PayPal API. In the meantime, the connection can be set up in COMMITLY, but no transactions are passed on from PayPal during that time.

Important: Make sure that the TRANSACTION SEARCH option has been enabled

Next, go to ADD-ONS in COMMITLY, click Connect on the PayPal integration, and enter the Client ID and Client Secret.

From PayPal, the balance of all accounts including foreign currencies as well as all transactions are imported.

The PayPal transaction event codes are imported into COMMITLY as tags for additional information.

The sync with PayPal runs after every login, unless the last login was less than 6 hours ago. In any case, the sync can also be triggered manually under TRANSACTIONS &gt; by clicking LOAD PAYPAL.
